Are the four design sets separate packages?
No. It is one BTO Move-In Package. Price is based on flat size; the design set is your aesthetic choice.
Do the design boards change the written package scope?
No. The boards communicate the intended design direction. Exact works, dimensions, quantities, materials and exclusions are governed by the published package schedule and final quotation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Your HDB floor plan is the best starting point. Send it through WhatsApp together with your flat type and preferred design set.
